Must read – jurisdiction of the financial limit, always changing due to situation
and must know the initial limit

Know the difference between crime in financial situation (actus reus, mens rea
& tools of crime eg computer) and traditional crimes

3. Actions in Penal Code

Legal aspect of theft - clarify the elements and look at the cases, must be able
to identify the section, variety of situation in the example/illustration,
punishment
If involve stolen property – know what the prosecutor would charge under
stolen property

Cheating – the ground is deceive (element)

Criminal misappropriate – when you deceive with changed intention later –

time caused you to change your intention
