PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
WONDERPEEL is a water dispersion, Peelable Temporary Protective coating. This formulation
dries to form a non tacky, tough, resilient temporary protective film.

WONDERPEEL is formulated for protection of metals, plastics, glass, cement, and many kind
of surfaces. It is an ideal solution where coated substrates require temporary protection
against contamination or damage due to scratches or paint overspray during fabrication,
shipment and storage.

INTENDED USES
 WONDERPEEL is designed to provide excellent temporary protection in paint booth
walls of automotive , railway and aerospace industries .
 Protect against a wide range of contaminants such as dust, oil, grease, acid rain, grinding
debris, fly rust and coating application overspray whilst providing a degree of resistance to
abrasion, and scuffing,
 It’s ideal for use in automotive industry in car nurse transit , during assembly where
coated substrates require temporary protection against incidental contamination and
damage such as that experienced during transit.

SURFACE PREPARATIONS
All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free from contamination, dirt and oil.
Apply a wet continuous coat approximately 200-400 microns. A minimum of 150 microns dry
thickness is recommended. Coating should be tested to determine the best film thickness for
your application. In order to peel, it must be a continuous film. Overspray will not peel off. If
overspray exists, remove it as soon as possible using a wet towel or sponge.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

WONDERPEEL is a mixture of balanced components, ready to use directly from the
container; it should not be diluted with water or additional substances to assure the quality
and properties of the film. Check to ensure that no freezing has occurred in shipping or during
storage period. Upon opening container, manually stir thoroughly to overcome any settling
and apply until the container is empty. If it’s not possible, keep the remanent material in a
plastic ór metal bucket and close tight.

APPLICATION OF PRODUCT
Recommended Conditions:
Temperature 15 - 30°C (59 - 86°F)
Relative Humidity 20 % - 80 %

WONDERPEEL is sprayable with:

 Airless spray as Graco or Binks
 Standard atomizing spraying equipment (e.g. DeVilbilss, with automization pressure of 75
psi and sufficient pot pressure)

WORK STOPPAGES AND CLEANUP

Do not allow material to remain in hoses, gun or spray equipment. Thoroughly flush all
equipment with tap water. Clean all equipment immediately after use with water. Spray
equipment requires flushing with water. It is good working practice to periodically flush out
spray equipment during the course of the working day. Frequency will depend upon factors
such as amount sprayed, temperature and elapsed time including work stoppages. Monitor
material condition. All surplus materials and empty containers should be disposed of in
accordance with appropriate regional regulations/legislation

SAFETY
All work involving the application and use of this product should be performed in compliance
with all relevant national Health, Safety & Environmental standards and regulations. Prior to
use, obtain, consult and follow the Material Safety Data Sheet for this product concerning
health and safety information. Read and follow all precautionary notices on the Material
Safety Data Sheet and container labels.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
Inspect the condition of the container to ensure compliance. The material should be stored at
temperatures between 13°C to 32°C (55°F to 90°F) to ensure shelf life. This is a water-base
compound and should be protected from freezing. Never allow this product to freeze. Once
frozen, application and protective properties are unstable and not warranted.

Maximum recomended storage time before use is 3 months after elaboration date.
