Currency, thirty (30) days from date without the need of demand, plus interest at
the rate of ten percent (10%) per month, at her address at 942 Rizal Extension
Boulevard, Davao City.
Provided, that should I fail to pay to JANET O. ARANCEL the principal
amount and its interest after the period stated above, I further promise to pay
JANET O. ARANCEL in full the interest agreed herein which shall have the effect
of automatically renewing this Promissory Note which shall have the same binding
force upon the undersigned

 PROMISSORY NOTE

I, __________________________________________, married and a

resident of _______________________________. I hereby promise to pay all the
unpaid Davao Light bills which I used and consumed for December 2022 and
January 13, 2023. I promise to pay JANET O. ARANCEL and VIRGINIA O.
ARANCEL the owners to vacate the place and endorse the padlock and keys
before leaving the place where I stayed.
If I failed to pay all the bills, I will be liable for the said unpaid Davao Light
bills.
If failed to do so, I am liable for all of the stated promises.
