1. What were your leadership style assessment results and how do you think this is beneficial in achieving
success for interprofessional collaboration?
- Here is my leadership style assessment results:
o Ambassador – your score is 13 points out of 25
o Advocate – your score is 13 out of 25
o People Mover – your score is 12 out of 25
o Truth-Seeker – your score 15 out of 25
o Creative builder – your score is 13 out of 25
o Experienced guide – your score is 16 out of 25

Interprofessional teams have raised the issue of leadership since it can be difficult to get often very large
teams of diverse professions and employees with varied skills to coordinate their efforts and work more closely
together than was customarily the case. The way I see it. This will tell what leadership style you are comfortable with
making it much easier to know how you work or how you flow during a session. Assessments of leadership can
reveal your leadership capabilities. You might be able to improve and grow your leadership skills by being more
aware of your personal qualities. Think about it, if we don’t know what our roles, what will we accomplish? If we
accomplish nothing what will happen to the patient?

2. In your opinion, which leadership style would be most effective in mitigating the COVID-19 Crisis in the
Philippines? Why?

The leadership style that would be most effective will be the “Ambassadors”. I chose the role “Ambassador”
because he/she would be in-charge of taking care not just a city or a random place, but the whole country. The
people would be looking for guidance in this time of pandemic. They have a natural ability to respond gracefully to a
range of situations. They are frequently the ones who defuse unpleasant situations. They will be the one making
decisions and implement them to the people to minimize the spread of COVID-19 to other places, and other
important decision to ensure the Philippines may continue to prosper from this pandemic.
