1. How to clear all indication and Start and Trip LEDs in 630 series relays with one button only?

2. The yellow LED though latches ON, is there a way to make it follow the BxRBDR input? © Copyright 2013 ABB.

The LCD "function buttons" are suitable for that and can be configured with PCM600. Here is step by step instruction how
to do it!

1. Create a logic as shown below. LHMICTRL is used to clear the LCD-HMI LEDs (Start and Trip) and LEDGEN is for
acknowledge/reset the indication LEDs. LHMICTRL has no setting parameters.

1.1 Paremeters can be set via "Parameter setting tool". Below is the setting example of FNKEYMD1. Label text are up
to 18 characters. Used mode is “Pulsed”.

1.2 The LCD "function button" is configured here as a "Control" button. The buttons are functional only when the
"function button" panel is visible.

1.3 LEDGEN for LEDs indication parameters are following: Operation on/off, disturbance length (tRestart) and
maximum time for the definition of a disturbance (tMax).

1.4. There are light on the "function button" button when there are active indications. Press the "function button" to
open the function button panel. On the first press of a button, the panel opens but no other action is taken.

1.5 Now, press the function button for at least 0.5 s to initiate a control signal to clear all LEDs. The action is taken
once. To repeat the action, press the button again. If the button is pressed less that 0.5 s, no action is taken.

1.6 All indication LEDs are now acknowledged by one button. Press “ESC” to close the "function button" panel.

2. See the example logic from here
