If you want to change the 7162 to 7.16k then

Under the Home tab, Click

More number formats

Here k denotes thousand, the two zeroes after decimal place indicates number of values
after decimal places
If you want to change 01-jan-2022 to 1 Sunday January 2022

If you want to show numbers in icon, select icon set in conditional formatting
And then click manage rule and select icons and enter the nos as shown below
If you want to highlight each row which is having a value like greater than 4000 then
Conditional formatting->new rule->
