Compare and contrast ABS-CBN’s and GMA’s Investor Relations Pages.

1. Potential investor

- For potential investor, there are contact information on both pages of the company should

an investor wish to invest.

On ABS-CBN page, there is a contact information on the bottom page of the overview

page, there the investor can click the download where it will lead to the PDF.

In the PDF you can see the information on contacting ABS-CBN.

In GMA’s page, you can also see a contact information under the section of “Stockholder

Services”
 Just like with the ABS-CBN’s page, you can also see the contact information of the

company, also you can directly enter in the text boxes some information should you wish

to invest in the company.

2. Current investor

- For the current investor, GMA’s Investor Relations Pages have the most information

about the current investors on the company.

As you can see in the photo, there are links that are accessible and can show you the top

100 stockholders on the company as of September 30, 2022.

While on the ABS-CBN investor’s relation page, we can see the top 20 shareholder on

the Annual Report 2021, we can see the top 20 common shareholder which is updated in

December 20, 2021.

3. Government regulator

For government regulator, I have not seen any of the section referring to government

regulating policies in ABS-CBN’s page but I have found in GMA’s page. In the section

“Disclosures”, you can a section there of SEC filings.

4. Media

- Both pages don’t have any media related section in their investor relations.

5. Which page gives you a better impression on the company?

- GMA’s page has given me a better impression and overlook of the company as it is more

transparent than ABS-CBN’s page.
