I Thomas Hutchison, is giving this letter as a written statement of demand to have any parties
that dewell within above address to keep off of Thomas hutchison’s private property. Thomas Hutchison
has multiple videos of resident screaming slanderous commits, threats, and also possesses video
requesting resident to leave property and to discontinue spreading falsified allegations of theft of which
officers, found after investigation non conclusive and also all accusations based from a five year old child
saying they had just gotten a toy, which had no match of serial numbers on receipt given by the accuser
the claimed stolen nor did it have no matching numbers or barcode of which receipt was the claimed
stolen property, also the alleged stolen property did not match the brand represented on receipt giving
proof of property…. Also Thomas has three days of uninterrupted video of day of accusations, and the
two days prior all of which shows the front porch of accusers property along with whole front yard, not
once did Thomas or any residents residing with him ever enter accusers property, making it impossible
of taking such items from porch. Also the residents of 1901 sw harp has slandered Thomas Hutchison,
along with filed a law suite on a theft police had held investigation on, and came with no probable cause
for charging on a federal crime… Thomas neighbor has yelled obnoxiously threating Thomas of financial
damage and continues to enter Thomas’s garage blocking entry intimidating and making demands of
Thomas while being blocked in to continue the suffering of abuse and humiliation from the falsified
accusations and multiple times asking for her to leave property. This all on video, in state of ks all those
actions fall in line on qualification of kidnapping and holding against ones will.

A PFA has been filed on grounds of kidnapping, slander, intimidation of damaging personal property,
and slander, and all evidence has been presented to courts
Video/audio, witness statements, as well as the confliction of accusations of children taking from porch
and then Thomas doing it, to the mailman delivered to wrong address, all those different claims from
accusers, all recorded time stamped, and verified time table for police call, and the arrival and departure
given on officers statements. This a is formal written warning of no trespassing, and have received
verbal warning on multiple occasions, failure to comply will result in full pursuit of law on felony charges
of criminal trespassing, and harassment. Also this letter is a demand to stop all acts of slander, or
charges of slander will be filed along with lawsuit for cost of lawyer, and lost of wages do to the slander
that has been targeted at Thomas Hutchison.
