I will start by saying Lynn’s house was an awesome experience from the check in process to the house amenities to the location to the easy checkout process. This house was very kid friendly with the
triple bunk beds, arcade games, heated pool, and cannot forget the shuffle board game. This property is equipped with the latest furnishings and spacious rooms. Definitely will rate this property a 5 star
rating.

We LOVED this Airbnb!!! Lynn was so accommodating! The house was beautiful, so comfy, the pool was incredible, the golf cart was so fun, 2-3 minutes from the perfect beach!

From the moment we reserved our stay Lynn was very responsive and helpful. We have always wanted to stay in a cabin with a fireplace - this cabin is so cozy and perfect. Our children didn’t want to
leave; we all agreed this was in our top list of vacations. We felt so at home and didn’t have the rush of the typical hotel stay. When we had a question Lynn messaged back quickly!! The kitchen is stocked
with everything you could think of in regards to pots, pans, serving dishes, plastic plates and cups for kids and nice dinnerware. All of the beds were very comfortable! This will definitely be a place we will
return with hopes of staying at this cabin again!

This place was wonderful. Was decorated for Christmas. Everything was as described and it all worked perfectly. Would definitely choose this rental again. You won’t be disappointed.

Upon arrival we were wowed by the Magnolia Retreat!  A beautiful chef's kitchen, great entertaining  space and great bedrooms.  The kitchen was well stocked and became our main hang out space.  We
loved the upstairs den for the kids to hang out on a rainy day and  play video games.  Our dogs enjoyed having a backyard to go out in, and we were a short 10 minute walk from a nice walking trail. 
Owners were super responsive when we had an issue with the pool heater and wifi / circuit breaker.  While this was pricier than what we would normally book, the location & house made it worth the price. 
You could walk or take the golf cart to the beach, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar or any of the other restaurants.  The location is midway from Destin to Seaside, which was great for going out during the day to
explore.  The golf cart was an awesome amenity to have to run back & forth to the beach each day.  All in all, we loved this property and would definitely book again!
