It's so easy and is always a favorite when I make it for dinner. Just like your Grandma makes 'em!
1 can of corn kernels, drained (or, seasonally, the kernels from two ears of corn roasted in their husks) 14.8k 714

1 can creamed corn
1 box of cornbread mix (I use the smallish Jiffy box) Created Jan 11, 2015
salt to taste
butter a baking or casserole dish (not to big, maybe a 2 or 3 qt casserole dish or a 7 x10 baking dish).
Dump the slop in, spread it out, pop it in the over at 350F for about an hour (or until it's getting golden
and little crusty on top) and done!
