The flour measurement is wrong af. If you
use that, they’re going to spread and melt
on you. I’d do 2 cups of flour. Otherwise
you’ll end up with chocolate chip brittle
instead of cookies.

Amazing cookies! No one
believes me when I say they’re
vegan :) I’ve made them quite a
few times. I use all chocolate
chips instead of chunks and
consistently use a bake time of
11 minutes. Perfection.

Absolutely delicious I’ve
made them a couple of times
and I used about half the
amount for sugar. I tried
making them healthier by using
stevia instead of white sugar,
coconut sugar instead of
brown sugar and applesauce
instead of oil (I still added a
few tablespoons of coconut oil
to avoid stickiness) and it came
out great :)

I’ve made these so many times
and they usually turn out great!
Don’t skip the step of
refrigerating the dough or they
will turn out flat! Also
parchment paper makes a
huge difference. When I
greased the pan instead- they
were way too oily. I also
undercook as opposed to
leaving them in longer and
they will harden as they cool
down.

They may look undercooked in the oven...
but they harden when they’re out! Don’t
overlook them.
