2.Simple Prerequisite Program

 Keep the tools and utensils clean and sanitized before and after using.
 Check the ingredients if they are still fresh or expired.
 Clean and wash the ingredients thoroughly before cooking.
 Keep the workplace clean free from bacteria, viruses, pests.
 Always wash your hands.
 Wear apron, hand gloves, and hair net.
 Cook the food properly and make sure it is cooked well.
 Store excess ingredients properly using clean container and refrigerator if
needed.

 Ingredients should be fresh and should be thoroughly cleaned and washed
with clean water before cooking
 Check the food while being cooked and being served. You can also taste
before serving.
 Prior to cooking, make sure ingredients are all fresh and clean or pre-
washed, and to be washed properly.
