Your task is to create a curated and annotated anthology of poems

across a variety of contexts where the poet purposefully and
successfully uses language to establish connections between readers.
You will need to
 Include a minimum of 4 poems from diverse backgrounds.
 Your annotation for each poem should be no more than 100
words focused on establishing how, in your well supported
opinion, the author’s linguistic choices help readers to connect
with his/her message regardless of context.
 You will need to select poems written in English – you may not
translate a poem
 The annotation needs to be 100% your original thoughts and ideas
about the poem. Plagiarism will result in a zero and you will redo
the assignment.
