H.R. College was the first college in
Maharashtra to be accredited 'A' grade
with a score of 87.95% by the NAAC
(National Assessment & Accreditation
Council) under the revised scheme for
2002.
Each program has its unique features; all

designed around the overall growth of
6000+ aspiring students.

H.R. College is extremely delighted to be
hosting its inter-collegiate festival
'MYSTIQUE' on the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th of
February, 2023.
Mystique offers students from across
Mumbai a platform to showcase their
myriad talents, straddling Fine Arts,
Performing Arts, Management, Informals,
Sports & Gaming and Literary Arts and vie
for top honours, bringing laurels to
themselves and their colleges.
I am certain that Mystique will be a great
success and will leave you with great
memories to cherish.

INTRODUCTION
Mystique - ‘Where Illusions come to life,’ is
H.R. College's most awaited and
first ever fest organised by the
BMS Department.
A power-packed cultural and

management inter-collegiate fest to
introduce all students across
the country to various events and levels of
creativity.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
Each contingent is to be represented by
1 CL and 3 ACLs. The CL or ACL has to be
present at the registration desk at least
2 hours prior to the event as well as
throughout the event, without which the
process will not be taken forward.
Contingent Codes (CC) will be provided
to each contingent. Participants have to
make sure to register using the
Contingent Code allotted to each
contingent.
The College Name should not be
revealed under any circumstances. If
done, it may lead to negative marking or
disqualification.
Any kind of obscenity, vulgarity or
misbehaviour on the day of the event or
during any online event will not be
entertained.
Plagiarism of any kind will lead to direct
disqualification.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
During an online event, if there are any
issues faced due to poor network
bandwidth from the participant's end,
they will not be given any compensation.
All CLs are requested to check the
schedule of events carefully. The OC will
not be held responsible for any clash of
participation.
Cheating or the use of any kind of unfair
means will lead to straight
disqualification.
Every participant should have their
respective college ID and Government
approved ID card.
No extra time will be provided for any
submission or registration, if submitted
or registered late, the contingent will be
marked negatively.
Participants must arrive at the venue of
the event at least 2 hours prior to the
start of the event for registration.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
All the props, tracks and scripts
mentioned in the specific event
guidelines that need to be submitted
online have to be sent to the email ids
mentioned in the respective guidelines,
i.e., admin.mystique@hrcollege.edu and
eventsdeptmystique@gmail.com by 5th
February 2023, 11:59 PM. (if sent on any
other email the entry will not be
counted)
Registrations will end 45 minutes prior to
the start of the event and if for any
reason the participant will arrive late,
they must inform the admin department.
Misbehaviour with the OC of Mystique
will lead to consequences.
Final Date for Event Registrations - 27th
January 2023, 11:59 PM.
The judge's discretion is final and
binding.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
Slots will be allotted on a first come
first served basis only.
Slots for NCPs will be subject to
availability.
Slots will be confirmed after the Online
Registrations end.
Please make sure all rules mentioned
in the brochure are followed.
The OC’s decision is final and binding.

SECURITY GUIDELINES
Entry at the event premises will only be
given to those with a valid College ID
card and Government Approved ID.
All CLs and ACLs must carry their ID Card
everywhere and must keep possession
of it at all times.
All participants will undergo frisking and
can be frisked at any point by the
Security Team.
Damage to any college property or any
kind of misbehaviour will be considered
a serious offence.
Only props mentioned in the prop list will
be allowed.
Security team is not responsible for any
damage caused to personal valuables.
Misconduct of behaviour with the
Mystique OC can lead to negative
marking and/or disqualification.
No form of abuse (physical or verbal)
will be tolerated.

SECURITY GUIDELINES
The OC cannot be held responsible for
any loss/theft of items.
Outside food, inflammable items, etc. are
strictly prohibited.
Cost of any damage to fest property will
be borne by the responsible participant.
Participants must not disrupt the flow of
any event.

Any kind of sharp objects are not
allowed like Knives, Blades, Cutters, Nail
Filers, Pins, Staplers, Swiss - Scissors,
etc.
Items like Match Boxes, Cigarettes,
Alcoholic Beverages, etc.
Metal objects like Scales/Rulers, Thick
Chains, Lighters, etc.
Drugs, Contraceptives, Weapons,
Crackers, Lasers, Spray Paints and
Ropes.
Any other article which is not
included in the above list but is
injurious or harmful will not be
allowed inside the venue.
Confiscation of any item brought to
the venue that is harmful is the
decision of the OC.
