 RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Tournament will be conducted as per Latest FIDE and AICF rules.
2. AICF Registration for 2019-2020 is must for all participants
3. For Karnataka Players UKCA registration is mandatory, else Rs. 50 have to be paid
additionally in the entry fee
4. Any other rule will be displayed on Notice board at Venue
5. Spectators (Players who have finished their games, Parents, Managers and
Coaches) should stay away from playing area during the round.
6. Protest, if any, against the decision of the Arbiter shall be made in writing with a
protest fee of Rs.1000/- Within 15minutes of the occurrence of the incident. Protest
fee will be refunded if the appeal is up held. In case of any dispute Chief Arbiter’s
decision will be final.
7. All the prize winners must attend the Prize Distribution Function and prizes will not
be handed over to anybody else and prize will be forfeited.
8. Prize money will not be shared.
9. The organizer reserves the rights to admit or refuse any entry without assigning
any reason thereof. They also reserve the rights of admission to the venue.
10. Organizer has every right to make any addition or amendments to their rules,
without notice. Such Changes however displayed in the tournament hall.
11. No request towards waiver or refund of entry fees will be entertained.
12. Food & Accommodation will have to be arranged on your own. Restaurant
available in the adjacent building and players can make use of it at their own cost.
13. Players are required to bring theirown water bottles and we will be providing
drinking water. All are required to maintain cleanliness of the tournament venue.
