Tournament Rules
System of Play
The Tournament will conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss system
with 10 Rounds.

Time Control
90 Minutes plus 30 second increment from move 1 for entire game.

Tie Break
In case of tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect. The Cash Prizes
however will not be shared.

Pairing
Accelerated pairing may be used.

Accommodation
All GMs will be provided free hotel accommodation on double sharing basis.
All IMs/WGMs/WIMs will be provided free hotel accommodation on double/triple sharing basis.
All other participants will be provided accommodation on triple sharing basis/ dormitory
accommodation for entire duration of event. No lodging will be provided for special entries.
Bookings can be confirmed by making payments to the “Venus Chess Academy” Bank account
