Explain your position about the site of the First Mass?

- The first mass that held on March 31, 1521 is very controversial topic here in
our country . Because people is still confused where the first mass held. Some
people believe it was in in BUTUAN and some people believe it was in
LIMASAWA. In the past years it still uncleared but the issue is already solved.
There are evidences that prove that when the first mass really held. Based on
evidences, I agree that limasawa is the place where first mass held. The
evidences used is the log-book of Francisco Albo. This log-book is a credible
source because Albo is with Magellan on his expedition together with Antonio
Pigafetta. Second is Pigafetta’s book entitle the first voyage around the world.
It contain some story that happened while travelling, there is also the map
that Pigafetta use for his book. As for evidences , limasawa has a valid proof
that will consider the place where the first mass held. However,even if it’s not
held in Butuan , we should respect that this is part of their traditions and we
can’t downgrade the culture of Butuan
