Plaintiff, Robhy Dupree Armstrong Family Home ™

Robhy Dupree Armstrong , sues defendant,
Lava Lamp Apartments Lauren Trevin , and alleges:
1. This is an action for damages that do not exceed the jurisdictional amount pursuant to Florida
Small Claims Rule 7.010 (b).
2. Before the institution of this action, plaintiff and defendant had business transactions between
them and on 01/20/2023 they agreed to the resulting balance.
3. Plaintiff rendered a statement of account to defendant, a copy being attached, and defendant did
not object to the statement.
4. Defendant owes plaintiff $7000 that is due with interest since 01/20/2023 on the account.

WHEREFORE, plaintiff demands judgment for damages defendant caused by not allowing rights of
residency and continued ownership claims after publishing it management and cyber security analyst
job and position to find of the reasons of the deactivate listing of property of renting out of residency.
