Program overview
Today’s globally connected world requires advanced leadership skills
and an unconventional approach to business that extends far beyond
core functional competencies. Expanded global responsibilities, an
increased focus on the customer experience, and demands for
disruption and innovation require that top management think
differently to succeed. With pressure to increase returns on capital,
establish viable long-term partnerships, and develop winning strategies
for multiple markets, the C-suite role has transformed significantly.

The program is also suitable for general managers who execute business transitions during alliances and collaborate with global
and regional stakeholders. Executives and current CXOs in small- to mid-sized companies will also find this program to be ideal
for accelerating their career goals.
Comprehensive curriculum
The Global CxO Program will enable forward-thinking executives like you to learn from a cutting-edge curriculum that reflects current
industry trends. You will learn to formulate and execute global strategies, develop new approaches to manage global teams, and
lead growth-focused initiatives. The program is divided into two components—18 weeks of core modules followed by three online
electives of six weeks each. It concludes with a two-day networking and graduation event on the Wharton campus in Philadelphia.
• Leader’s Checklist
Meet your cohort peers and faculty in person on the Wharton campus in Philadelphia during a two-day
networking and graduation event. This event takes place once every four cohorts, providing an
opportunity to network with your peers as well as professionals from other cohorts to create a lifelong
community of global executives.

• Inclusions: Teaching fees, all academic materials, and access to online coursework are included in the program fee.
• Exclusions: Accommodations for the two-day on-campus networking and graduation event, travel expenses
(domestic, international, visa fee, and more), and other expenses are not included in the program fee.
• Admissions to the program are evaluated on a rolling basis. We strongly recommend that interested participants apply early.
Upon qualifying for Wharton alumni status, you will be eligible to receive:
