Congressional District 3 YES-O Advisers Capacity Building

on Earth CONTRACT: CONnective TRansformative
ACTion through Environmental Awareness
I. Title:
YES-O ADVISER’S: A CONTRACT WITH THE EARTH
II. Objectives:

At the end of the training, the participants are expected to:

1. conduct capacity building of YES-O advisers;
2. review YES-O constitution and by-laws;
3. revisit YES-O suggested programs and activities; and
4. conduct technical assistance on implementing YES-O/ Gawad Siklab.
III. Rationale
YES-O advisers play a major role in educating learners on environmental protection
and conservation. Thus, in order to implement and attain all the goals and objectives of YES-
O, teacher-advisers must be equipped with all the knowledge, information, and skills.
However, it was found out that most of the schools did not yet implement YES-O because of
an information gap about PPAs and by laws of the organization. Hence, if not addressed,
this will have a domino effect on the implementation of YES-O in the entire province of
Cotabato. Consequently, the Congressional District 3 YES-O teacher-adviser’s officers are
enthusiastic to radiate the acquired information during the Earth CONTRACT training-
division level.
This undertaking is one great help for teachers to grow and acquire knowledge,
specifically those schools who did not implement YES-O in their respective schools, and will
make our teacher-advisers gain information on the implementation of YES-O respectively.
This training was adopted from the Division Memorandum No. 450, s. 2022:
CONnective Transformative ACTion through Environmental Awareness.

V. Monitoring and Evaluation

Monitoring and evaluation is an essential component of every activity. The
preparation and the secretariat committee will ensure the smooth implementation of the
training. The outcome determines the possible solutions and recommendations that will
improve the delivery of instructions to the learners. Output and activity portfolios will be
gathered by the planner. Post-evaluation on the activity through a google form will be used in
order to better improve future trainings.
After the training is completed, a narrative report and pictorials will be submitted to
the Division Office as mode of verification.
