Murderers and Rapists of Cashiers in Boyolali Sentenced to Death Sentence Article Fajar
Sigit Santoso alias Kenyung, now must be held accountable for his actions for killing and
raping his own coworkers, cashiers of building shops in Boyolali. The 19-year-old youth was

Code and or Article 365 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code Jo Article 285 of the Criminal
Code. The threat of a maximum sentence is death penalty.

The suspect desperately killed the victim who was also his co-worker with the excuse of
being offended because he was billed. The suspect still has a debt burden of around Rp.
350,000 to the store, which has not been deposited to the victim as a cashier at the store.

The suspect killed the victim and raped him in the middle of a field in the Banjarsari Hamlet,
Kemiri Village, Mojosongo District, Boyolali on Saturday (1/12) night. The corpse of the 24-
year-old woman was found residents Sunday (12/2) morning.

Boyolali District Police managed to uncover the case in a day. Around 14.00 WIB, Fajar Sigit
Santoso alias Kenyung was captured in the morgue of Pandan Arang Hospital, Boyolali,
where the victim was buried.

Santoso alias Kenyung, kini harus mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya karena
membunuh dan memperkosa rekan kerjanya sendiri, kasir toko bangunan di Boyolali.
Pemuda berumur 19 tahun itu pun dijerat pasal berlapis. Dia terancam dihukum
mati.Tersangka bercat rambut pirang itu kini juga harus meringkuk di sel tahanan Mapolres
Boyolali. Kini, dia masih menjalani penyidikan untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut.

Kapolres Boyolali, AKBP Aries Andhi, mengatakan pembunuhan yang dilakukan tersangka
kepada korban sudah direncanakan. Karenanya, dalam kasus tersebut penyidik menerapkan
pasal pembunuhan berencana.
"Terhadap tersangka kita kenakan Pasal 340 KUHP (tentang) pembunuhan berencana, karena
di awal dia bertemu dengan korban karena mendengar ucapan-ucapan korban, niat tersangka
untuk membunuh itu sudah ada. Artinya dia sudah merencanakan sampai dia pura-pura
menjatuhkan kendaraannya sampai dengan dia melakukan kekerasan kepada korban," kata
Aries Andhi, Selasa (4/12/2018).

Selain Pasal 340 KUHP, pemuda asal Dukuh Waru, Kelurahan Kemiri, Kecamatan
Mojosongo, Boyolali itu juga dikenakan Pasal 338 KUHP dan atau Pasal 365 ayat (3) KUHP
Pasal 285 KUHP. Ancaman hukumannya maksimal hukuman mati.

Tersangka nekat membunuh korban yang juga rekan kerjanya itu dengan dalih tersinggung
karena ditagih hutangnya. Tersangka masih memiliki tanggungan hutang sekitar Rp 350.000
ke toko, yang belum disetorkan ke korban sebagai kasir di toko tersebut.

Tersangka menghabisi nyawa korban dan memperkosanya di tengah ladang di wilayah

Dukuh Banjarsari, Kelurahan Kemiri, Kecamatan Mojosongo, Boyolali pada Sabtu (1/12)
malam. Mayat perempuan berumur 24 tahun itu dutemukan warga Minggu (2/12) pagi.

Polres Boyolali dalam sehari berhasil mengungkap kasus tersebut. Sekitar pukul 14.00 WIB,
Fajar Sigit Santoso alias Kenyung berhasil ditangkap di kamar mayat RSUD Pandan Arang,
Boyolali, tempat korban disemayamkan.

jpnn.com, BULELENG - Sector Police of Singaraja City in Buleleng, Bali raided a

prostitution site under the guise of a mini-theater. There is an entertainment place called
Pazha on Jalan Pulau Komodo, Gang Strawberry Number 4, Kelurahan Banyuning,
Kabupaten Buleleng which apparently provides esek-esek services.

Police raided the dirty place on Tuesday (11/27). As a result, the police secured Kadek DW
(38) and Ida Ayu Putu S (40).

Both are thought to act as pimps. For the past three months, both of them have been running a
business in the form of a small cinema.

menyediakan layanan esek-esek.
Polisi menggerebek tempat mesum itu pada Selasa lalu (27/11). Hasilnya, polisi
mengamankan Kadek DW (38) dan Ida Ayu Putu S (40).

Keduanya diduga berperan sebagai muncikari. Sudah tiga bulan belakangan ini keduanya
menjalankan bisnis esek-esek berkedok bioskop kecil iti.

Selain itu, polisi juga menemukan dua pekerja seks komersial (PSK) berinisial KM (29) dan
KYA (27) . Keduanya sedang melayani pria hidung belang saat polisi datang.

Kapolsek Kota Singaraja Kompol Anak Agung Wiranata Kusuma mengatakan, Ida Ayu dan
Kadek DW mengaku hanya mempekerjakan dua PSK. Namun, polisi tak serta-merta percaya.

Polisi menduga pasangan selingkuh itu mempekerjakan 10 PSK. Modusnya adalah

menyediakan ruangan khusus untuk menonton film yang juga menjadi tempat untuk esek-
esek."Kemarin saat kami cek memang ada ruangan untuk nonton bioskopnya. Dan di tempat
menonton itu pun bisa melakukan hal itu (berhubungan badan,r ed). Termasuk kalau
menginginkan di tempat lain, di belakang miniteater itu ada kamar-kamar khusus. Artinya
memang sudah disiapkan oleh mucikarinya," ujar Wiranata.

Menurut Wiranata, dua PSK yang terjaring dalam penggerebekan itu berstatus sebagai ibu
rumah tangga. Bahkan, satu di antarnya mengaku memiliki anak yang masih berusia enam
bulan.

Sedangkan PSK seusai melayani pelanggan hanya menerima Rp 200 ribu dari muncikari.
Sebab, soal harga menjadi kesepakatan antara pelanggan dengan muncikari.

“Entah mucikarinya deal (sepakat, red) Rp 1 juta dengan pria hidung belangnya, PSK hanya
dapat Rp 200 ribu. Terus terang saya sangat prihatin dengan adanya tempat-tempat
terselubung seperti ini dan harus diperangi bersama-sama. Ini sangat berbahaya, karena PSK-
nya ibu rumah tangga otomatis akan sangat berbahaya bagi suami dan anaknya,"
jelasnya.Wiranata tak menampik kemungkinan praktik prostitusi serupa juga terjadi di lokasi
lain di wilayah hukumnya. Sebab, ada tempat prostitusi yang berkedok salon, spa, bahkan
warung kopi.

"Ada indiksi praktik-praktik seperti ini ada ditempat-tempat tertentu. Akan kami cek dan
kami bersihkan dari Kota Singaraja. Secara hukum ada aturan hukum untuk mucikarinya,"
