Another Tip that I discovered myself: It actually doesn’t matter when you fall

asleep in the first few days trying to improve your sleep.

Wake up in a certain time every day for a week (for example 6pm) and you will
notice that you fall asleep much earlier because your much more tired.
I can show you my progress as an example (I noted down the time when I woke up and
roughly felt asleep)
1.Day=
Felt asleep: 2:00
Woke up: 6:00

2.Day=
Felt asleep: 1:30 ish
Woke up: 6:00

3.Day=
Felt asleep: 0:00
Woke up : 6:00

4.Day=
Felt asleep: 22:30-23:00 ish
Woke up: 5:30

5.Day=
Felt asleep: 22:00
Woke up: 5:30

6. Day=
Felt asleep: 21:30 ish
Woke up: 5:30

7.Day=
Felt asleep: 21:30
Woke up:5:30

What is important to mention is that I tried to do at least 1/2H of Cardio every

day, as well as lift weights with tryin to hit a PR as much as I could.
I prepare my self before I sleep. I usually meditate for 15min to relax my souls
and body and also pray.
Next I write everything down that happend that day, what I liked and what bothered
me.
At next, I walk in circles in my room for 30min or so to think. Just straight up
think about everything that comes in my mind.
It’s something that I did since I was a child. I can only think good when I’m
walking, even if I study (that’s also a really good way to get abnormes calves😅)
something that I always thing about is myself in his peak, mentally, physically and
really wealthy . That’s also what gives me big motivation man.
After these 30min ish my calves start to hurt a lot and that’s also the time where
I’m ready to drop dead on the bed and sleep.
(I’m literally walking my way into sleep lol). Don’t forget that slepp posture is
as important as day to day life posture.
I personally slepp without a pillow on my back to keep my back straight. That’s my
experience with sleeping, I’m going to do this the rest of my live, wish me succes
and luck!
