This is to certify that the request for the adoption of the herein attached Resolution No. 02,
Series of 2021 of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office
recommending the approval of allocation of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP700,000.00)
as financial assistance to the victims of Typhoon Odette in the provinces of Guimaras, Negros
Oriental, Surigao Del Norte, Bohol, Palawan, Cebu, and Leyte chargeable against the Quick
Response Fund (Current Year)of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund, is
urgent in nature and requires immediate approval.
