For
this assignment, you are tasked with researching a previously decided
case and analyzing whether you feel the court's interpretation of the
law was flexible and whether the decision was fair or not.
 In this written assignment, you will research an area of law of
interest to you and pick a previously decided case and answer the
above criteria. As part of your response, you will need to provide a
detailed case brief (case name, facts, issue court had to address,
rule(s) applied, application of rules to facts of case, and
conclusion/ruling of court). After the detailed brief, your response to
the question: “whether or not you feel the court's interpretation of the
law was flexible and whether or not the decision was fair.”
