Foodie: I immerse myself in various Asian cuisine and try to recreate it at home; currently practicing
how to make authentic takoyaki and siopao asado

Art: I explore scenic spots and practice plein air painting, or at home watching YouTube tutorials on
watercolor painting

Hiking, biking: lots to explore in the Midwest, my most memorable would have to be able to see
Minnehaha falls

Thrift shopping: I enjoy finding clothes to stuff in the balikbayan box that I’ll have delivered to the
Philippines
