Our Platform
Mars Party approaches a "platform" differently. The rigid, top-down, one-
size-fits-all platforms of outdated political parties are shifting to the margins,
making solutions impossible and civilized compromises failing. We stand for
doing, not dividing. That means rejecting the extreme left, the extreme right
or extremist ideologies and preventing fanaticism from taking over our lives
and seeking common ground to work for the care of our planet and export
our values in space and in the future Mars.
Revitalize a culture of technology, a knowledge economy in the 21st century,
towards science, space and the future on Earth and Mars, that celebrates
difference and individual choice, rejects hate and removes barriers for each
of we can develop your full potential without prejudice.
With the Mars Party we learn, we work together on the basis of strengthening
and positively educating dialogue using Plato's dialectic in young people for
the development of research, investment, management of the security of
resources towards the space in the future, defending democracy and human
rights on earth and on Mars.
Objectives:
1. Creation of the Agency for the exploration and settlement of Mars and
other organizations that will help develop the economy and
employment on Earth and boost the economy.
2. The creation of The Mars Act, a set of laws that promote the initiative
of private, public, educational, and cultural research with a new
instrumental exploration of policies and settlement to Mars.
3. The right to life, personal integrity, individual freedom, freedom of
expression, freedom of assembly, equality before the law, property
rights, free trade, freedom of movement, to social rights, such as the
right to work, the right to health, the right to education, to free
technology and culture. Right to social security and freedom of
association.
4. Care and strict protocols for astronauts living on Mars. High
technology for environmental recycling for Mars. Support in
technology and new protocols for Earth and care and support for
citizens on earth with scientific input on Mars.

How to start as a co-founder?

Creating a small group may be informal at first, dreaming of the idea of
creating a future Political Party for Space and Mars that can be formalized
perhaps in the year 2030 or 2040.
1-If there is a Mars Society with a million members in the world, why create a
Mars Party in the future?
2-The advantage of creating the Mars Party is to promote democracy and
entrepreneurship in space and on Mars. Do not admit authoritarian or
dictatorial countries conquering space or Mars. So strategic and competent.
This is the difference of Mars Society that incorporates everyone and Mars
Party makes a difference, values democracy and freedom of political options
and sets the example for the youth of the future. This is the main idea to
convey to the group and to future adherents.
3- The volunteer group could be called "seed of the Mars Party and the leader
would be the co-founder-president of the country, each member of the group
is a seed of the Mars Party that is contributing the future ideas of the Mars
Party, until it can grow every day with time and in the near future to form as
a political movement Mars Party, with its own website and domain, get
donations, get sponsorships to found the political party maybe in the year
2030, or in the year 2040.
4-The group can have its own autonomy according to the culture of the
country and have its own management.
5-The task of each member of the group is to spread the attached Mars Party
platform doc, to attract other members and get future sponsorships.
6-Educate young scientists, space entrepreneurs and the democracy of the
Mars Party.
7-Persuade the government to strengthen public and private investment
towards Mars exploration and future settlement. Improve research,
development, tax, etc.
8-Educate in schools and universities about the importance of Mars Party in
the future.
