Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Good day! We, Maria Sheena Caare, Merry Joy Bacasmas and Apple Jhane Jaraula
student enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Social Work program will conduct a study
entitled “Factors Contributing to the Academic Resilience among College Students During
the Pandemic” as part of requirement for the course SW 319 – Social Work Research II. As
such, we will conduct the study with the students of City College of El Salvador as our
respondents.
We will use survey form and google form as our instrument for this study. The survey will be
conduct in-classroom or through online. The survey last only 10-15 minutes and would be
conducted during their vacant time. Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary. All
information provided will be kept in utmost confidentiality and would be used only for
academic purposes. The names of the respondents will not appear in our thesis or
publications resulting from this study unless agreed.
Attached here, is the survey questionnaire for this study. Your response and time are
greatly appreciated. We are hoping for your kind approval and support regarding this
