Please note that the next steps have to be done in the SAPGUI!
First, you will check the information in the serviceplan product. The data in the
serviceplan product controls the service interval via the assigned service interval
template. The service interval template is a kind of a rule defining the time when a
planned service should be performed (for example, first oil change after 15.000 km,
second oil change after 45.000 km).
1-1 Go to SAP Menu → Master Data → Products → Maintain Products and search
for the Service Product SPL_SERVER. Go to the Service tab.

1-2 Go to SAP Menu → Service → Service Contracts & Service Plans → Maintain
Service Interval Templates and check the assigned Service Interval Template:

1-4 Go to Products & Installations→ Templates and search for the Transaction
Template 200250.

2-1 Go to Field Service → Contracts and open the Service Contract you have
created in the previous exercise.
2-1-1 Add the product SPL_SERVER (Quantity 1) as a sub item.

2-1-2 Check the Service Plan data.
Is the data the same as defined in the Service Interval Template?

2-1-3 Go to the Scheduled Actions tab.

2-1-4 Release the service plan item and check the scheduled actions again.

2-2 Got to Go to Service & Support → Orders and open the follow-up Service Order:

2-3 Got to Go to SAP Menu → Service → Service Contracts & Service Plans →
Simulate Service Plans and forecast the next planned maintenance of the server.
2-3-1 On the selection screen, enter the following data:
