This PERMIT is hereby granted under the following conditions:

1. This permit is only valid for the period indicated. For extensions, company/applicant must submit a new permit for review and approval.
2. The period indicated for ingress/egress should be strictly followed. Corresponding penalty fee/s shall be imposed for delays (Php 5,000/hour).
3. Organizer must comply with the guidelines and restrictions listed below. Corresponding penalty fee/s shall be imposed for non-compliance (i.e.,
Php 5,000/day/violation). The official Event & Exhibit Guidelines and Technical & Safety Requirements will be provided by Glorietta Marketing.
a. Actual layout of the event/exhibit must conform with the approved layout/perspective submitted to Glorietta Marketing, following
Glorietta’s standards and house rules.
b. Organizer must submit a list of exhibitors at least two (2) weeks before event date for Glorietta Marketing’s review and approval.
Glorietta Marketing reserves the right to refuse participation of exhibitors that do not comply with the standards and house rules.
Merchant/category mix will be managed and approved by Glorietta Marketing.
c. Exhibitors must wear official ID provided by the organizer at all times. Organizer must bring permit at all times.
d. Use of rubber moldings and royal cords are required.
e. Clamp lights are strictly prohibited.
f. Stocks/merchandise must be properly secured and covered with black cloth/net, especially after mall hours.
g. Technical/production crew and exhibitors are not allowed to eat, sleep, or smoke inside the booth or within the premises at any time.
h. Organizer/contractor must provide fire extinguisher/s for the event/exhibit: (1) food merchants with limited cooking* must provide one
(1) fire extinguisher each; (2) for non-cooking exhibitors, one (1) fire extinguisher for a set of four (4) merchants is required.
i. Single-use plastic and other non-biodegradable packaging are strictly prohibited.
j. Each exhibitor will be responsible for garbage disposal. Trash bins (hidden within the booth space) must be provided.
k. The organizer must handle restoration of the used area to its original condition.
l. Ingress/Egress: Glorietta 3 West Street Entrance (fronting Landmark); Early Entrance: Glorietta 1 Entrance (fronting SM Makati).
4. Activities not granted in this permit should not be implemented.
5. No permanent physical changes and damages should be made to Glorietta’s venues and property (i.e., boring holes, repainting of walls and
floors, and the like). Any damage or loss to Glorietta’s property shall be charged to the organizer’s account.
6. Applicant will be responsible for the processing of any or all necessary permits, documents, and/or licenses from government agencies.
7. The organizer shall solely be responsible for the handling and settlement of any and all losses, damages, and injuries to third persons incurred
in connection with the use of the area/s granted.
8. ALI Commercial Center, Inc. (ACCI), and its affiliates and employees shall be free from any liability, including but not limited to loss, theft,
damage to items, etc., as a result of the activity.
9. ALI Commercial Center, Inc. has the right to dismantle and/or remove items or advertising materials that do not conform with Glorietta’s house
rules and guidelines, or are not part of the approved layout.
10. ALI Commercial Center, Inc. reserves the right to revoke a permit (without prior notice), or impose penalties due to non-compliance with
Glorietta’s guidelines and house rules, and/or when deemed necessary.
