GUIDELINES on the APPLICATION for BARANGAY CLEARANCE

(PERSONAL and BUSINESS) and BARANGAY WORK PERMIT

BARANGAY CLEARANCE and CERTIFICATION (PERSONAL)

1. For the application of Barangay Clearance (Personal), SOFTCOPY of the following requirements
should be emailed to brgysanlorenzobusinesspermit@gmail.com:

(a) any valid government issued ID indicating your residence in San Lorenzo Village or Legazpi
Village, and;
(b) Certification from Building Administrator (depending on the purpose)

Kindly indicate in your email the PURPOSE of securing barangay clearance/certification and your
CONTACT DETAILS.

2. Applicants will ONLY come to barangay or satellite office to CLAIM the PRINTED Barangay
Clearance/Certification and to PAY the corresponding fee of Php 50.00 for Barangay Clearance
and Php 100.00 for Barangay Certification. We do encourage payment of exact amount.

BARANGAY CLEARANCE (BUSINESS)

1. Softcopy of the BARANGAY BUSINESS APPLICATION FORM is ready upon request through our email
add brgysanlorenzobusinesspermit@gmail.com.

2. Fill-up the softcopy of the form and email together with the following requirements:

Requirements: NEW Business

(a) DTI & Application Form (DTI) or SEC Registration with Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws
(b) Contract of Lease or Certificate of Title
Requirements: RENEWAL of business
(a) Prior year’s Barangay Clearance and /or Official Receipt
(b) latest Contract of Lease or Certification from the Building Administrator

3. An email response will be sent to confirm assessed fee to be paid upon claiming of the Barangay
Business Clearance.

4. Applicants will ONLY come to the Satellite Office at The Glass Tower to CLAIM the PRINTED Barangay
Business Clearance, sticker and business plate (if applicable) and to PAY the corresponding fee. We
do encourage payment of exact amount.

BARANGAY WORK PERMIT

1. Email the SOFTCOPY of the following requirements to brgysanlorenzobusinesspermit@gmail.com

depending on the work permit you are requesting:
2. Applicants will ONLY come to the Satellite Office at The Glass Tower to CLAIM the PRINTED Barangay
Business Clearance, sticker and business plate (if applicable) and to PAY the corresponding fee. We
do encourage payment of exact amount.

Wait for our email response regarding receipt of your application or any notice of submission of other
requirements for compliance.

RELEASING and PAYMENT of Barangay Business Clearance and Barangay Work Permit shall be
conducted in our Satellite Office at The Glass Tower, C. Palanca St., Legazpi Village, Makati City.

The barangay clearance/permit personnel will not entertain submission of hardcopy of requirements
for precautionary measures.

Further, wearing of face mask is strictly enforced as per Makati City Ordinance No. 2020-089,
