BIR MATTERS
Pursuant to Revenue Regulation RR16-2013, all exhibitors of trade fairs and events who will conduct
on-site selling of goods and services during the event proper within Pasay City must register with Pasay
RDO 051

Per BIR Pasay City:

1. All exhibitors who intend to sell during any exhibit, bazaar, convention within Pasay City must
register with the BIR Pasay City.

2. VAT registered and Non VAT companies must pay the P500.00 registration fee per exhibit venue
before the event. The registration is valid until December 31, 2019.
3. Fill-out 3 copies of BIR Form 0605. Use the electronic form (e-form). The e-form may be
downloaded from the BIR website
4. Put : SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City as your Registered Address on the
form.
5. Registration and payments may be made at Landbank, Roxas Boulevard Branch, Landbank,
Libertad Branch or any BIR RDO 051 accredited bank in Pasay City. You may call BIR RDO 051 to
get the list of their accredited banks (Tel. # 556-8149)
6. After payment has been made, the exhibitor must submit the following to Themes & Motifs
(Exhibit Organizer)
a. Copy of BIR Form 0605 that was received by the bank
b. Copy of the receipt issued by the bank
c. Copy of your Certificate of Registration (COR)
d. Copy of your Authority to Print Official Receipts and Invoices from the BIR
7. Exhibitors must secure approval from their local BIR Regional District Office to use their existing
official receipts for the duration of the fair. Please specify quantity of booklets and serial
numbers. Once approved, replace the address printed on said receipts with “SMX, Pasay City”
(may be stamped). You may then issue said receipts for cash and credit card transactions during
the fair.

For exhibitors who do not have the manpower or time to process the Registration, Themes & Motifs
may handle the processing for a minimal fee of One Hundred Fifty Pesos (P150.00) to defray the cost of
clerical, messengerial and transportation expenses. An official receipt will be issued by the accredited
bank for your P 500.00 BIR registration payment.
Note:
• T&M will only facilitate the payment for the special registration with Pasay BIR RDO 051.
• Application of approval for the use of existing official receipts at SMX (Item no. 6 above)
with the concerned BIR Regional District Office must be done by the exhibitor.

For Exhibitors who would like to have Themes & Motifs facilitate the processing of their BIR
Registration:

1. Fill-out the form on the next page.

2. Deposit the corresponding registration fee and processing fee to T&M bank account.
3. Email (naps.admin@themesnmotifs.com) together with the teller validated deposit slip and a copy of
your BIR Certificate of Registration (COR) and Authority to Print official receipts and invoices.

All requests for processing, payments and supporting documents must be submitted on or
before Monday, February 22, 2019. Themes & Motifs will not accept any requests after the
