STEPS ON HOW TO RELEASE THE TRANSFERRED CERTIFICATE OF TITLE AND TAX


DECLARATIONS

A. Please refer to below Payment Guidelines:

1. Direct Payment to Treasury Department c/o Ms. Jenie Fuertes


from 9:00 to 11:30 AM and 2:00 to 4:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays,
at level 5, Shangri-La Plaza Mall, beside Alterations and Thai Barbecue.

2. Thru bank deposit payments:

Guidance once the account got fully paid:

1. Inform Mr. Allan Jake A. Adaya at (+632) 8370-2700 local 356 or email to allanjake.adaya@shangproperties.com
or Mr. Edmark Alde of Accounting Department at a direct line (+632) 8370-2700 local 359 or email to
edmark.alde@shangproperties.com

- Kindly attached the proof of deposit/wire transfer.

2. Release of Condominium Certificate of Titles and Tax Declarations:


- Update the Condominium Dues payment for faster processing.
- Kindly set appointment with our Customer Relation Unit at through telephone number (632) 8370-2744 local 746
or through their email address at customer_relations@shangproperties.com prior your date of visit.. **Releasing
of CCT and Tax Declaration is from 02:00 PM to 04:30 PM, every Tuesday or Thursday at Head Office at Level 5,
EDSA Shangri-La Plaza Mall.
Reminder: Starting 2024, the payment of Real Property Tax (RPTs) due shall already be for your
account and responsibility.

Reminder: Please note that Tax Declaration will be your reference upon paying the Real Property Tax (RPTs) for
the Unit and/or Parking for 2024.

For Unit/Parking under bank loan released payment:


Original CCT’s are to be submitted the bank.
Copies of CCT’s and TD’s may be provided upon Client’s request.
Reminder: Unpaid condominium dues and water bill may delay the processing of title and tax declaration
release clearance.

Kindly coordinate to Ms. Grace Galleto of The Rise Condominium Corp . at (+632) 8298-8000
loc. 205 or Email grace.galleto@therisemakati.com to settle your outstanding condominium dues.
In the absence of the Registered owner or Authorized Representative of the Corporation, the following must be
presented.

1. Original notarized (and Consularized if notarized outside the Philippines).


Special Power of Attorney (SPA) or Secretary Certificate (for Corporations) appointing the representative to collect
the original CCTs and TDs.
2. Copy of Unit owner’s valid ID (For SPA only).
3. The representative's valid ID.
