Extension of Filing of Application

for Renewal of Accreditation of
Health Facilities for CY 2023
To ensure continuous access to quality health services by all Filipinos,
please be informed that Phil Health will extend the period of filling
of application for renewal of accreditation for CY 2023 of health
facilities until January 31, 2023.

Only applications with the complete documentary requirements

submitted to the respective PhiiHealth Regional Offices on or
before the said period shall be accepted. Applications received for
renewal of accreditation beyond this period shall result into a gap in
accreditation.

For any clarification, please coordinate with your respective

PhiiHealth Regional Offices. Further inquiries may be referred to

or through email actioncenter@philhealth.gov.ph or to the nearest
