    Process to crate Position and mapping it to an Organisational Unit and JOB in

    SAP-ERP

    1. Enter T-Code
    'ZHCM_JOB"
    2. Put Start Date as 01.11.1975
    3. Go to "Name" Tab click Pick List
    (double square icon on rightmost) - Click
    Find Icon
    Enter Designation for which position to be created - Click Find Again to searc
    exact Job/Designation
    4. Click "Create"
    5. Note down "Object ID" which is Position ID
    6.Enter T-Code "P013"
    7. Select Relationships
    8. Click Create
    9. Relationship type -

    A 003
    10. Type of related object -
    11. Fill ID of the
    Organisational Unit
    respective Department/Unit in "ID of related object tab"
    12. Save
    13. Enter T-Code "S_AHR_
    14.
    61016497"
    Search Job (relevant designation)
    15. Note down the Object ID which is Job ID
    16. Enter T-Code "PO03"
    17. Fil1l the Job ID in "Job" Tab
    18. Select Relationships
    19. Click Create
    20. Relationship type - A 007
    21. Type of related object - Position
    22. Fil11 Position ID in "ID of related
    23. Save
    object tab"
