Good Day!

As part of our school annual safety program and for the effectiveness in our
organization's emergency preparedness and response in case of fire, we want to raise
the awareness of fire hazards in our workplace and to know more the strategies on how
to act safely in the event of an emergency fire situation, including selecting and using a
fire extinguisher to train our employees in your fire safety procedures.

In this connection, we would like to request your good office to conduct a fire safety
seminar as well as actual fire drill in our premises with pupils and school personnel,
if possible, this coming January 27,2023, Friday at 9:00 am. This will be held at
South City Central School grounds.
