Difference between Stable and Unstable Plagues:

Stable Plagues occur due to thickening of wall of arteries because of build up of fatty acids.
The fatty substances deposited in wall of arteries restrict the blood flow to heart known as clogged
arteries.

In Unstable plagues it causes rupturing of artery wall and lead to heart attack, stroke to death.

Unstable plagues are more dangerous than stable plagues because of propensity and rupture.

2. Can benign nephrosclerosis have acute phase:

The benign nephrosclerosis can ne acute caused by non-malignant hypertension.

In areas with preserved arteriolar myogenic responses there is ischemic glomerular tuft collapse and
intestinal fibrosis.
