Tvarohové buchty

Design specification
1. It should be able to see what the bun is stuffed with
There are different kinds of "tvarohové buchty". So I have to show different kinds of food in
the design.
2. It should look nice
If the food doesn't look good, we usually don't have that appetite for it.
3. „Tvarohové buchty“ should be beautifully fluffy
The dessert is made from leavened dough so it should be beautifully fine and fluffy.

Designs:
Design no. 1

Key features:
In this design, these„buchty“ are poppy-filled so the name is „Makové buchty“
Design 2:

Key features:
These „buchty“ are filled with apples, the recipes in all 3 designs are exactly the same only
they are filled with a different filling.
Design 3:

Key features:
In this design, the dessert is filled with a sweet curd filling. These are my favorite because I
love curds and they look the most beautiful.

Justification of finally selected design

Chosen design 3
As I mentioned earlier, I chose this design because the „buchty“ are awfully tasty and the
curd is easily available in India, so I can easily buy the curd in the shop at any grocery store,
which I wouldn't be able to do with other designs.

I first prepared a handkerchief, then a plastic
container that has a sealable cap that goes off,
and finally our yogurt.

We put the rag handkerchief in the

plastic container.

Pour the yoghurt into a handkerchief is

placed in a container.
And that's how you make Czech yogurt.

• 250 milliliters milk

• 20 grams of dry yeast
• 100 grams of sugar
• 500 grams of flour
• 100 grams of butter
• 1 shot rum
• 2 eggs

I added dried yeast to the flour.

We added sugar.

We added the melted butter.

Add a shot of rum (for better taste)

Add milk.

Mix up all the ingredients.

I couldn't mix it with the mixing tool, so I had to mix it with
my hand.

The
dough is now beautifully worked and there are
no pieces of dough on the edges of the bowl.
I sprinkled the dough with plain flour.

We covered the dough with some

fabric to cover the dough. Afterward,
we waited about 3.5 hours for the
dough to sour.

And this is what our dough looks like

after it's risen.
We put the dough on the silicone
thing.

I cut the dough into 18 pieces (18

pieces= 18 pieces of „buchty“)

I made such a square of each part of the

dough and I put in one larger teaspoon of the
curd
From the previous step, I wrapped the
„buchty“ and made them what you see
in the picture. And as you can also see
the „buchty“ are shiny because I put oil
in there.

Finally, I put the „buchty“ in the oven

and waited about an hour for the
„buchty“ to be baked. And finally, I
prepared a few on a plate.

Proof that I made the „buchty“
