PROJECT OPTION I: INTRODUCING AN INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP IDEA IN THE WORKPLACE

PART I: Introducing an Idea / Innovative Leadership Project / Innovation


Think of an idea or a project anchored on one of the following: INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP,
CREATIVITY, ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE, PERSONAL RESILIENCE or WELLNESS AND WORK-
LIFE BALANCE.

The program will focus on topics such as creative


problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk-taking. It
will also provide participants with tools to help them
develop their own innovative strategies and tactics.
