    QinQ Configuraton:
    If EMS use another port(gei-1/1/05), traffic use xgei-1/1/0/1.
    For example VLAN 1000 is the EMS management VLAN, VLAN 100 is the Outer VLAN

    Configure the QinQ on traffic port, translate the inner VLAN 1-4094 to outer VLAN 100

    If EMS and traffic use same port gei-1/1/0/3:


    For example VLAN 750 is the EMS management VLAN, VLAN 20 is the traffic outer VLAN
