(1) Make sure that the circuit breakers opened during equipment removal are open,
safetied and tagged.
(2) Make sure that the accesses you got during equipment removal are opened/removed.

A. Installation of the Electric Pump
(1) Put the green (blue) electric pump (8) in position.
(2) Install the bolts (6) and the washers (7).
(3) Safety the bolts (6) with 05077A (Lockwire).
(4) Connect the delivery hose with the acoustic filter (3) to the green (blue) electric pump.

(5) Connect the case drain hose (4) to the green (blue) electric pump.
(6) Connect the suction hose (2) to the green (blue) electric pump.
(7) Connect the pump external drain line (5).
(8) Connect the electrical connector 10GXA (9GXA) (1).

B. Preparation for Test
(1) Fill the hydraulic reservoir with oil Ref. MP ATR-A-12-12-29-00ZZZ-212Z-A.
(2) Energize the aircraft electrical AC, DC and ACW circuits: Ref. MP ATR-A-24-4X-
XX-00ZZZ-761Z-A.
(3) Pressurize the Green and Blue hydraulic systems (A/C source):

C. Check
(1) Make sure that there is no leakage from the connections of the green (blue) pump.
(2) Make sure that there is no hydraulic fluid at the pump external drain line.
(3) Make sure that the permitted leakage at the shaft drain port is as follows:
- Maximum dynamic leakage must not be more that 0.5 cm3/h (0.0001 USgal/h)
(approximately 5 drops/3 minutes).
- Maximum static leakage must not be more than 1 drop/2 minutes.
