Dear Temenos Team,

After applied AA.ADJ.BAL file, outstanding amount in payment schedule and Total
principal amount in financial summary are different amount. And can’t do payoff transaction.
Please kindly check with screenshot attached.
Before apply, total principal amount is wrong in financial summary. But at balance
details, principal (current) amount is correct. Outstanding amount in payment schedule and
Total principal amount in financial summary must be same. Please kindly fix for Total principal
in financial summary and kindly provide correction for this issue. And business want to close
this loan account without happen partial payoff issue.
