1. How do you come up with your topic/ title?

As a accountancy student, we as researchers are out of curiosity if what it will be to get there as an a certified
Public Accountant. It is interesting to figure it out the lane that were passing through. The possible challenges we
may encounter along the way of our profession and gather information on how to over come those challenges.
With the help of this research study, identifying and evaluating the challenges and solution that an Accountant
used to encounter when building their name in the accounting industry may way possible known.

2. What limitations did you encounter in your study?

Every research has certain limitations, and it’s completely normal, but it has the necessity to minimize their range
of scope in the process by providing acknowledgement in the conclusion as well as identifying , and understanding
potential shortcomings in the study.

Theses are the limitation we’ve encounter during the research:

Limited Access to Information
The research involve some organizations and accountants as respondents in the research, and researchers
find it difficult to access these organization and accountants. The cause of these limited access is the researchers
familiarity with the list of Certified Public Accountants in Lipa City, Batangas.
On the other hand, the research also involve articles, study, facts, and references that are efficient to support the
research. Limited access to the information because the current research is somehow new and do not have related
studies.
Time limits, all research have deadlines to comply. Time constraints can affect the research negatively.
Solving the main problem can make the research more accurate with limited time.
Conflicts on Biased Views and Personal Issues. Researchers can have biased views because of cultural
background or personal views. Besides from this, the researchers choose only those results and data that support
their main arguments and paying attention to the problem statement and proper data gathering.
Research design limitations specific constraints on population research or available procedures may affect
the final outcomes or results that have been gathered.
Data or statistical limitations, in some cases, it’s impossible to college enough data or enrollment is very
difficult, and all that under-powers your research results. It may stem from the study design. It produce more issues
in interpreting the findings.

3. What was the most challenging aspect of your research?

Getting respondents and how to reach out them was the major or most challenging aspect of our research.
As a 3 year students and without having known Certified Public Accountants we struggle at finding respondents.

But still we researchers continue our research despite of this situation. We used modern technology such as social
media to find groups of accountants who are qualified to answer our survey questionnaire. Successfully we have
gathered 22 respondents fro Lipa City Batangas.

4. What specific aspects of your findings can be taken to practice?

Findings can only confirm or reject the hypothesis underpinning our study. However, the act of articulating
the results helps us to understand the problem from within.
The findings of the study gives benefits for those Accountancy students who are planning to continue their
career in the accounting industry. The findings shows fact information based on experience of the research that
may help the student to manage the risk of pursuing in the accounting industry. First, accountants response about
most challenging part of being accountant is the rapid pace of change inside the work place. By this result aspirants
can now manifest to adopt on changing environment and cope up and still perform competitively. Second, in
technological aspects the steady growth due to automation that changes every industry plays a significant role. So
that accountancy students should be look for the qulaification of being flexible enough to adopt rapid change.
Third, Being top-notch on the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination is considered to be a significant
advantage to an accountant's credentials, according to accountants. Accountancy may double their effort to
graduate with flying honors that may add their credentials in creating their name in the accounting industries.
Fourth, knowing how to take responsibilities for work is very beneficial to an accountants profession or career
because it provide such compliance and good performance. Lastly, being flexible and excelling in different fields
of accounting, working at overseas accounting firms to gain more experiences, knowledge, and more opportunity,
and having many successful operations and transactions are great contributions for an accountant in creating their
name in the accounting industry. Theses findings sufficiently contribute to the knowledge and awareness of
accountancy students in continuing their study as accountant.
Future Study Potentials , this research will be used as a reference for future researchers interested in the
study. This will guide them in a similar field of study in this research. They might learn pertinent facts that will aid
them in their research on the difficulties experienced by accountants trying to make a name for themselves in the
accounting field.
Developing New Informational System about the challenges faced by accountants in creating their name in
the accounting industry. Through seminars or instructional materials, discussions, team building and
familiarization of the industry may imply. These may help to formally instruct accountant about the issue in the
industry.
