A Sexual Abuse of a Minor

It is a crime that usually involving children and commonly have known here in our society. Now a days,
some of the victims are toddlers that brutally gratified by their sexual desires not concerning if it is right
or wrong. Is unable to give informed consent to, that even the children haven’t developed their mental
awareness to be prepared to do such. And in our Society here in Philippines, it is commonly perpetrated
by close ones including Family relations. Victims are left unfinished, or fighting their own lives to, and
some died without justice served to those are deserved to be punished. In my researched, I’ve searched
the youngest victim aged 8 months for the record last 2020. Article 266A- of the Revised Penal Code
states that rape is committed even without the presence of elements of force, threat, intimidation, or
fraudulent machinations, as long as the victims is under the age of 12 or as demented. RA 8385 means
that in the Philippines, any sexual intercourse with minor who was not reached the age of 12 is
automatically regarded as rape, even if the minor consented or appeared to have voluntarily engaged in
sexual act. This articles amends the ANTI RAPE LAW in Philippine Commission on Women. In 2019,
the number of victims of rape in the Philippines reached over two thousand cases, 31 percent higher than
the total reported cases in the previous years.

Religion interfere in Politics

In the past years in Philippines, the relationship between the Religion and Politics had been in the
beginning, since 1960’s religions are already involve in politics especially in the time of Ferdinand
Marcos Sr., where church, priest and nuns are in the front line leading in the Edsa Revolution, it was in
the history that religions are likely convincing people to choose their leader not knowing where is the
right and wrong. Even the Catholic Church, in the present time, are already in out of reason that voting
and endorsing a candidate inside the church making it or viewing it the candidate as a praising one to
vote, making the church to the extent that the house of God is not to be respected anymore. Because of
their acts, the people speaks their thoughts of negative towards the Catholic Religion endorsing and like
praising that they shouldn’t be doing.
And in the case of Inglesia ni Cristo, whose members are required to vote as a bloc, judging in the present
event, where INC, endorsed Ferdinand E. Marcos Jr. where millions of the people in the Philippines
reacts and also Some catholic church also endorsed Leni Robredo in their Presidential Race. Over all
view, just how potential are the political endorsement of religious groups? Just like a parent to their
children it socialize both relation and Religion influences Political Behaviour. Thus, religious
socialization from parents should play a prominent role in socializing political behaviour.

Juvenile Delinquency

What makes teens commit Suicide? It is the act of committing a crimes of the most commonly in the
young ones, particularly, teen’s ages under eighteen, who breaks law by committing crimes. For me the
most reasons why youth commit such crimes are those having problems with economic socialization in
most commonly in the family. Youth that belong to the poor economic status that gets easily involve with
criminal activities, failure of the parents to provide their necessities of life such as food, shelter, cloths
and etc., youth that had a broken family that leads them to be influenced of the society doing this that
made their lives involved in different crimes that the society faced, drugs, alcohols, gangs, cigarrets that
instead of going to school for their future. Youth that are bullied by their apperances, status, educational
standards, substance abuse, peer pressure of their life standard. And others are in the Sexual
Misdemeanour. In general the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention recommends that
Every School provides a program that Classrooms and Behavior manangement should be employed,
multi-component classroom-base programs and promotes Social competence promotion in each
curriculums.
