Looking at all of the contract's general provisions, you can understand how difficult this is.

of the construction process by each statement and clause in the contract. There is no actual activity
before any documentation is generated, such as written requests for information, change orders,
submittal logs, shop drawings, pay requests, lien waivers, progress reports, etc.

Defining authority, communication routes, and the rules of the game are the key goals of
the opening meeting. The project manager and administrative personnel from this initial meeting
shall be attended by representatives of the Owner, the Contractor, the Architect, the Principal
Engineers. Both vendors and principal subcontractors must participate. Even external groups might
get engaged, especially if they have a significant influence on the project, as they regularly do.

Through a formal request for information, prospective suppliers of a good or service might
be contacted for information (RFI). Drafting and sending RFIs to potential suppliers is needed of

In order to assess the project control process, data is acquired and used. The project budget
and schedule will be modified as necessary to reflect progress. The new documents are watched,
analyzed, and amended once more until the project is completed after these changes have been
made and communicated to all relevant parties.

In conclusion, the report was successful and quite educational because there is much to be
learned from it. especially with reference to managing and administering contracts.
