ORDER no. 337 of July 29, 2002

of the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry regarding the establishment of the
Working Commission for the introduction of the pig payment system in correlation with
the quality of the carcasses and in accordance with the legislation of the European Union

The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forests, seeing Note no. 132,193 of July 18, 2002 of the General Directorate for
elaboration and harmonization of policies, strategies and programs,
pursuant to Government Decision no. 362/2002 regarding the organization and functioning of the Ministry of
Agriculture, Food and Forests,
issues the following order:

Art. 1. - The Working Commission for the introduction of the pig payment system in correlation with the quality of the
carcasses and in accordance with the European Union legislation, hereinafter referred to as the Working Commission,
formed by specialists representing the specialized departments within the Ministry of Agriculture, is established. of Food
and Forests, of professional associations, research institutes and specialized commercial companies, in the nominal
composition provided for in the annex which is an integral part of this order.

Art. 2. - (1) The working committee will carry out its activity under the direct coordination of the Ministry of Agriculture,
Food and Forests.

(2) The working committee has the following main duties:

a) the elaboration, analysis and submission for approval of the regulations for the introduction and application of the pig
payment system in correlation with the quality of the carcasses and in accordance with the legislation of the European
Union;
b) initiation and supervision of experiments and tests necessary for the introduction of the above-mentioned system;
c) analyzing the results of the tests and establishing the reference level for the elaboration of the price grid.

Art. 3. - The general direction for elaboration and harmonization of policies, strategies and programs and the general
direction for implementation, regulation and management of biotechnological resources will fulfill the provisions of this
order.

Art. 4. - This order will be published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I.
