Decision based on BCG Matrix analysis

Since both the product are in low growth and market share, we need to focus on
developing a deeper understanding of market mix. We first start with understanding
which market segment is the target market and establish pricing and marketing mix
according to the same

We need to invest in marketing channels that impact our target segment the most.
Having done that we also move onto analysing why the product line went into a loss
stage, which according to our study seem to be lack of synergy in our marketing
efforts and impact on customer segment. We also try and work out the efficiency of
sales department and personnel.
