Re: Audit Observation Memorandum(AOM) SDO1-2022-016

Dear Ma’am Nisperos:

Good day!

This is in reply to your Audit Observation Memorandum dated March 21, 2022

regarding several checks issued last February 22, 2022 to Maydeline Baldueza (owner)

instead of Pepe and Dhenz (business name).

In response to your directive order mentioned in your Audit Observation

Memorandum, the undersigned respectfully state the following:

1) Calasiao Central School was not aware that checks must always be named after

the business name.

2) The school has already communicated to Mrs. Maydeline Baldueza to arrange

matters to avoid the repetition of such mistake.

I hope that I was able to address your concerns. Thank you so much.

Very truly yours,
