Almost every company I work with is confronted
with the question of whether their leaders
possess the necessary skills to lead in the
digital age. This course will provide you with
those skills.
PARTICIPANTS
The program can be taken as a stand-alone, but to give you a well-
rounded understanding of leading in a digital age, we strongly
recommend that you pair your experience with Leading Digital
Business Transformation or Digital Strategy.
You are an executive responsible for managing other people
and need guidance on how to lead effectively in the digital age.
You are involved in driving digital business transformation in your
organization or you’re seeking to take on a new digitally oriented role.
This program will not address technical skills around leading
a digital transformation.
Professor Jennifer Jordan compiled a great program,
which is particularly valuable and an accomplishment
since it is terra incognita for (leadership) scholars.

The Program Journey
The Agenda is scheduled over 2.5 days, and includes personalized work
with coaches and the creation of a digital leadership plan.

During the program, you’ll explore topics such as:

You also tackle such dilemmas as leading and motivating virtual teams,
challenges and opportunities around diversity in the digital age, and how
