5. Look for full name and date
6. Find
7. Check city and county from client. It must match
8. Report type------certified report-----non redacted
9. Add cart
10. Add attorneys name
11. Mark Qualifications----------- “The Authorized rep…”--------Certify
12. Save as pdf
