    Make sure all the correct info for the “Bodily Injury Adjuster” is in the system. Update its info

    1. Open the adjuster’s contact card


    2. Add fax number

    Insurance Tab

    3. Demand generation
    4. Choose template----- “Demand MVA short form
    5. Generate
    6. Check fax number and so on
    7. Download
    8. Update using WORD and add the right amount of $ (it’s ), name of provider
